Payroll Specialist-in Office

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Maintain employee records related to payroll
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure accurate employee data
- Utilize payroll software such as ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, or Workday
- Handle accounts receivable tasks related to payroll
- Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in payroll processing is required
- Proficiency in using HRIS systems
- Knowledge of accounting principles related to payroll
- Familiarity with payroll software like ADP, Ceridian, UltiPro, or Workday is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Barrie, ON L4N 2E3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
