Job SummaryQuantum Lifecycle Partners LP is the leading and largest vertically integrated IT Asset Disposition & Recycling processor in Canada. We are committed to enabling safe and secure reuse of electronics, responsible recycling of electronics to divert waste from landfills, and recovery of natural resources from obsolete electronics. The Payroll Administrator is responsible for providing support to the Human Resources and Payroll Department. This position will also be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of preliminary payroll reports, timesheets and speadsheets; assuring compliance with all applicable federal and provincial regulations and company policies.Roles and ResponsibilitiesUpdate payroll system and (where applicable) electronic timekeeping system with all pertinent information for new employee set-ups. Department transfers, personal information changes, employment status changes, and payroll deduction changesEnsure hours are categorized and allocated to correct cost centres through the organizationAccumulation of payroll submissions (salary and hourly employees) and submit the completed payroll to ADPEnsure compliance with organizational practices and policies withing the payroll programPrepare reports and remit employee and employer contributions to Group RPP&RRSP planPrepare Records of Employment as requires, in accordance with legislated timeframesRespond to internal and external Human Resources related inquires from clients, department managers, business partners and other parties.
