We are looking for an experienced **Billing Administrator **to join our incredible team. This role ensures the timely and efficient invoicing of customers, the effective tracking of Accounts Receivable and the processing of Accounts Payable. It is crucial role to sustaining growth and profitability of CloudHawk providing optimum service to both our internal and external stakeholders through the timely and accurate execution of these administrative functions.

**As a key member of our Operations team, you will**:

- Be responsible for managing Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.
- Oversee the generation of monthly customer invoicing, utilizing report tools and some data entry.
- Reconcile billings with subscription services and supplier records to ensure ongoing accuracy.
- Liaise with internal departments related to issues regarding billing inquiries.
- Resolve questions, requests, and billing issues from internal or external parties in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Communicate client billing concerns to your manager for escalation and follow-up.
- Prepare and submit various reports as required for internal usage and external needs.
- Review existing Accounts Receivable and Payable processes and look for areas of optimization.
- Track Monthly Accounts Receivable, entering any manual payments as required, and working with internal teams and customers to ensure prompt payment within terms, while providing feedback loop to Product, Sales and Support teams.
- Track Monthly Accounts Payable across suppliers, ensuring payment within terms as required.
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- Post-secondary education in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, accounts payables and receivables.
- Excellent computer skills, advance working knowledge of Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a love of being organized
- Superb time management and priority setting practices; works well under deadlines
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Able and willing to work occasional overtime to meet time-sensitive service level standards
