**Duties**:

- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, reconciling accounts, and generating financial reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Collaborate with the bookkeeping team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
- Provide administrative support, such as answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
- Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread financial documents
- Ability for book appointments and take orders with proper phone etiquette
- Experience using QuickBooks

**Salary**: $15.29-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
