**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure high-quality standards.
- Manage and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop innovative menus that align with restaurant branding and customer preferences.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and control costs to optimize kitchen efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols at all times.
- Lead by example in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with industry standards.
**Requirements**:
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting, preferably as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in an establishment serving Italian cuisine.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food industry operations.
- Strong team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff.
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant management practices and food safety regulations.
- Excellent skills in food handling, serving, and maintaining high standards of quality control.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate menu items while managing kitchen operations efficiently.
- Prior restaurant experience with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional attitude toward guest service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
