Receptionist/administrator Trainee

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and organized person to train as a Receptionist, and other administrative roles. No experience is necessary but general computer skills will be needed. Taking a recent office administration course would would be a benefit.
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system, ensuring proper phone etiquette.
- Manage scheduling and appointments, utilizing calendar software effectively.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Assist with filing and organizing documents to ensure efficient office operations.
- Provide clerical support including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
**Qualifications**
- No experience is required but an office administration course would be preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 44 per week
