**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers and visitors at the front desk with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Perform office tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining inventory and invoicing.
- Assist with organizing items and documents to ensure easy access to information.
- Social media assistance is helpful
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless work flow and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including clerical duties and correspondence.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
- Proficient in data entry and computer systems; familiarity with accounting and automotive software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and proofreading tasks.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting team members as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
