Michael De Freitas has been a real estate broker since 1989. Prior to joining RE/MAX in 1993, was a Real Estate Broker for Montreal Trust and Homelife. Michael sees it as a real honor to have successfully helped many buyers and sellers over the past 34 years with one of the most important transactions of their lives. The core of his business convictions is to take into consideration the needs of his clients in order to assist, guide and protect them so that they have an excellent real estate experience. He has also been awarded several Sales Awards and in 2016 he obtained the coveted RE/MAX Prix d'Excellence award for all of his achievements.
Looking for a dynamic assistant to work with a well-established real estate broker with 34 years of experience
Responsibilities include handling social media, including weekly posting on Facebook and Instagram. You will also be responsible for contacting clients through Facebook or Instagram by mail and adding clients from the database to the Facebook account. Additionally, you may need to create a contest to engage with clients.
As part of your role, you will populate an excel sheet with real estate statistics and create a market information sheet to present to clients or post on Facebook. You will also be responsible for coordinating with special projects.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pointe-Claire, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
