**About the role**:
The Administrative Assistant's role is to support the Global VP of HR & Learning Development and assist the Human Resources Department as required.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Report generation and analysis of data related to the business;
- Support special projects as needed.

**We're looking for someone with**:

- College Diploma in Administration or related studies.
- Min. 2 years in an Administrative role supporting high-level management;
- Proficiency in MS Office with very high-level skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Extremely analytical mindset;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and french and attention to detail;
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills.
