_AVA Financial Group_ has been offering freight factoring services to hundreds of satisfied customers nationwide.

We are currently looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. This is an in-person, full-time role located in Toronto, ON. The hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

**The Administrative Assistant will do the following**:

- Collect on outstanding invoices via telephone
- Prepare basic bank reconciliation using Microsoft Excel - no experience necessary
- Assist company employees with projects and tasks when needed
- Provide assistance and perform other duties/tasks as required
- Excellent communication ability, both written and spoken in English is required
- Computer Savvy with an advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel
- System Savvy, with ability to learn new software and systems efficiently and with ease
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

**Salary Range**: $16 - $17 per hour (based on experience)

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
