Fitness Avenue is currently looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, energetic Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to join our team
**General duties**
- Receive, process and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Act as executive personal assistant for the CEO.
- Management of Executive’s schedule, namely scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and ensuring efficiency and property management of Executive’s time.
- Basic bookkeeping; Accounts receivable and Accounts payable.
- Perform filing and archiving of non-confidential company records
- Assist with Recruitment
- Provide other administrative support as required
- Other duties as assigned
- Order processing
**Qualifications**
- A post secondary education in Administration, Management, or Recruitment is an asset
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in written form
- Technically proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Must display a professional manner
- Strong analytical / organizational skills and creative problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task, manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Works well in a dynamic fast paced team setting
- Personal or professional experience with fitness, health and wellness is an asset
**Experience**
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Administrative Assistant: 2 years (required)
**Language**:
- English (required)
- French (an asset)

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
