**Role Description**
This role plays an important part in supporting the overall team, helping with overflow work, and stepping in where needed to maintain efficient operations. Professionalism and a positive attitude are essential when interacting with colleagues, members, and external partners.
Some travel across Canada may be required, primarily for our two professional shows in Ontario and British Columbia.
Opportunities for one remote day a week after probationary period.
**Key Tasks**
- **Customer Service & Support** - Handle member inquiries, answer phones, provide assistance, and ensure a positive experience
- **Billing & Data Entry** - Process invoices, manage consolidated billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- **Quality Control & Compliance** - Ensure accuracy in data entry and adherence to company procedures
- **Administrative Support** - Organize and file documents, support internal processes, and assist team members as needed
- **Multitasking & Problem-Solving** - Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- **Works Well Under Pressure** - Adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines effectively
- **Positive Attitude & Teamwork** - Maintain a team-focused, solution-oriented mindset and contribute to a collaborative work environment
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage office administrative tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in similar roles is a plus
- Diploma or certification in Office Administration or a related field
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
