**Position Overview**:_
- **Job Details**:_
- Full-time Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 p.m.
- In office: Whitby, ON
- Company paid family benefits package after six months.
- $29.22 per hour (37.5 hours per week).
- **Key Responsibilities**_
**Administrative Support**:
- Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, room setup, etc.
- Consolidate and analyze data, delivering key summaries and relevant information to the management team.
**Time Management and Prioritization**:
- Manage a variety of tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are addressed in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills by maintaining an up-to-date task list and adjusting priorities, as necessary.
- Assist with project management, ensuring tasks and deliverables stay on track.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, ensuring accountability and follow-through from start to completion.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the management team to anticipate their needs and offer support as required.
- Coordinate with various departments and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.
- Be a reliable point of contact for team members, ensuring communication flows efficiently within the team and across departments.
**Project Coordination**:
- Assist with managing and tracking the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Support the management team with planning and executing special projects, events, and initiatives.
- Function as a liaison between the management team and other departments, ensuring information is communicated clearly and accurately.
**Office Organization and Logistics**:
- Keep the office organized and ensure all office supplies and resources are stocked and available.
- Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing materials and assisting with documentation.
**General Office Duties**:
- Assist with event coordination and scheduling, such as company meetings, team-building activities, or employee events.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining databases.
- Assist with HR-related tasks, including supporting interviews and the onboarding process.
- **Qualifications**_
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in Office Administration, Executive Administration, or Business Administration preferred.
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
- Proven experience in handling multiple tasks and managing competing priorities.

- **Accountability**: Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility for tasks and projects, ensuring follow-through and reliable results.
