Responsibilities would include: - Answer telephones, greet and accommodate visitors - Sign for and notify employees when packages arrive. Prepare courier and customs documents and arrange courier for outgoing packages - Prepare efficiency and scrap reporting as well as Layer Process Audit - Obtain WSIB Insurance clearance for suppliers and upload - Has proven ability to deal well with the public, customers and suppliers - Has strong interpersonal and customer service skills - Has working knowledge of Excel and Word programs - Has excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as organizational skills
