**Summer Camp Details**

Our Summer Break Camps run weekly from June 26th to September 1st from 8:30 am-4:30 pm. Each Coach is required to do 1 before care (7:45 AM arrival) and 1 after care (6:00 PM dismissal) each week.

- _**Thornhill**_ - Bayview & Steeles, Yonge & Steeles

**Responsibilities**:

- Execute and revolutionize tasks coming from the directors
- Assist with on site administrative tasks to improve operations of summer camps
- Maintain Attendance lists, daily reports, and professional atmosphere for staff and clients
- Assist On-Site coordinator with the execution of Summer Camps

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience as on office administrator/ administrative management/ administrative assistant
- Intelligent, efficient processes and someone who gets it done right the first time.
- Proficient with Google sheets; formatting, filtering, data manipulation
- Proven ability to change focus and re-prioritize in a very fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Trust, Communication and Perseverance
