**Job Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for our first ever summer camp As a ECE - Summer Camp, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children. You will be responsible for leading activities, supervising campers, and fostering their personal growth and development. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for working with children and want to make a positive impact in their lives.

**Duties**
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during all activities.
- Plan and lead engaging educational and recreational activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and personal development.
- Educate campers on various topics including nature, arts and crafts, sports, and more.
- Provide support and guidance to campers in developing social skills and resolving conflicts.
- Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Assist in the preparation of camp events and special activities.
- Monitor camper behavior and provide positive reinforcement to encourage participation.

**Skills**
- Strong background in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
- Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is highly desirable.
- Ability to educate and engage children through creative teaching methods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- A passion for outdoor activities and promoting a healthy lifestyle among campers.
