**About Us**

QW School is launching an exciting Summer Camp program for youth aged 10-17, offering weekly workshops in Creative Arts, STEM, Leadership, and more. We are seeking energetic, responsible, and passionate **Summer Camp Counselors** to help lead and mentor our campers.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and engage with a group of campers aged 10-17
- Lead daily activities, games, and workshops related to weekly themes (Creative Arts, STEM, etc.)
- Ensure safety and well-being of all campers
- Support guest instructors and college mentors during sessions
- Manage transitions between activities, meals, and breaks
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful camp environment
- Communicate effectively with staff, campers, and parents

**Qualifications**
- College or university student (or recent graduate) in Education, Child & Youth Studies, Psychology, or a related field
- Experience working with children or teens in a leadership or teaching capacity
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with youth
- Vulnerable Sector Check (required upon hiring)

Pay: $16.55-$21.50 per hour
