**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - SEASONAL**
**Cavendish Agri Services supports farmers in growing healthy and productive crops. We have 8 manufacturing/retail locations serving Atlantic Canada. Our primary products include fertilizers, crop protectants, seed, farm supplies and technical expertise.**
Reporting to the Office Administrator, the seasonal Office Administrator is a key role in the day-to-day operations by providing administrative and seasonal support to the branch.
The work will start in mid to late March until end of August.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Customer Service (responding to order inquiries, general inquiries and create sales orders and running front-counter sales)
- Administrative duties (reporting, filing, asset inventory, etc.)
- Inventory (reporting, cycle counts, production reports etc.)
- Execute other office duties including accounts payable duties and people tasks such as answer phones, record sales
- Data entry, including deposits and filing
- Experience in customer service
- Capable of working extended hours during peak season
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Familiar with working with operations
