**Job Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and organized **Administrative Coordinator** to join our growing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and is confident handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. You’ll play an important part in keeping both our internal operations and client experience running smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support to the team to ensure day-to-day operations run efficiently
- Schedule appointments, meetings, property viewings, and other calendar items for team members
- Maintain organized office files, records, and documents
- Prepare, proofread, and manage reports, forms, and correspondence
- Support marketing efforts by creating and posting content on social media platforms
- Help design marketing materials (brochures, newsletters, social media posts, etc.)
- Manage basic data entry and keep client databases current and organized
- Assist in planning events
- Occasionally run errands or prepare small client gifts

**What We're Looking For**
- **Strong organizational skills** and attention to detail
- **Excellent communication skills**, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and Canva (or willing to learn)
- Social media knowledge and comfort with posting content online
- A positive, professional, and client/team-focused attitude
- Administrative experience is a bonus
