Compete Condo Management Ltd. (CCM) We are a Property Management Company focused on providing a complete condo management experience for your Condominium Corporation. We are a group of Property Managers, Real Estate Investors, Condo Owners, and Project Managers that have brought our expertise and experiences of the market place together to bring about change to the industry. We have seen the great need in the market place to provide condominium management services to the many Condominium Corporations throughout the Ottawa area.

**Job Description**:
Assistance with management of the day-to-day operations of the Corporation
- ; Assist Manager with the onsite staff supervision and management
- ; Administrative support to manager, coordination of reports, analysis of data, problem solving
- ; Production of reports, spreadsheets, payroll, notices, memorandums, correspondence with directors, owners, contractors, and onsite staff

Assist Manager with preparing and attending monthly board meeting, annual general meetings, and shared facility meetings
- ; Ensure maximum level of customer service to clients is provided, responding to and addressing resident complaints and concerns

Assist with ensuring effective expense control and operating costs
- ; Conduct physical inspections of property on a regular basis, working with the Manager to provide direction for maintenance, grounds and custodial staff in meeting established property standards

Support and assist in office administration
Provide and meet report deadlines as set out by the Senior Management Team
Implement and maintain policies and procedures for daily operations
Assist with negotiating contracts and overseeing contractors
Proven ability to work productively and calmly while under pressure, with good time management skills
Strong financial management and computer skills are required
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Able to work on evenings as required for meetings and on call when necessary
- ; Vaild drivers license and vehicle are required for the job.

Salary is negotiable commensurate with experience.
