- to large-scale properties alike.

As a **Property Administrator** you would be responsible for:

- Communicating with tenants regarding rent payments
- Communicating with tenants regarding issues they may be having
- Communicating with the service and leasing teams
- Assist with other admin duties
- Watch the reception area if receptionist is away
- Preparing and issuing Landlord and Tenant Board legal paperwork
- Rent Collection

What we are looking for:

- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Great work ethic
- Ability to overcome obstacles as presented by prospective tenants
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Ability to communicate professionally with prospective tenants, current tenants, and co-workers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Education/work experience in the field of property management is an asset.

Experience in this field is not necessary. We are looking for energetic, positive individuals who can work well and thrive in a fast paced work environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
