London, Canada Sbenati Enterprises Full time

**About Us**
Zazamint is a premium, allergen-friendly gum & mint brand launching in London, Ontario. We’re hosting an **exclusive pre-launch content event** on **Sunday, August 31st (12 PM - 2 PM)** to capture high-end photos and videos that will shape our brand’s first impression across social media.

This isn’t just another event — it’s a chance to be part of building something fresh, creative, and exciting right from the ground up.

**The Role**
We are urgently seeking a **hands-on Event & Talent Coordinator** to take the lead in final execution for our pre-launch event. You’ll manage recruitment, vendor coordination, and on-site flow to ensure everything runs seamlessly.

This is a short-term contract (20-25 hours this week), perfect for someone with strong people skills, hustle, and event/talent management experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- **Recruit & confirm 30-40 female models** for the event (direct outreach, not just group chats).
- Communicate clearly and professionally with each model (calls, texts, DMs).
- Manage vendors (photographers, videographers, DJ, catering) and align schedules.
- Create a structured run-of-show so everyone knows where to be and when.
- Be on-site on **Sunday, Aug 31st (11 AM-3 PM)** to lead check-in, guide models, and oversee flow.
- Ensure the event atmosphere is **classy, energetic, and well-organized**.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **event coordination, talent booking, or influencer/model management**.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable being proactive and hands-on (calls, confirmations, day-of leadership).
- Local to **London, Ontario** (or able to travel for the event).
- Someone who thrives in **fast-paced, high-energy environments**.

**Why Join Us**
- Be part of an exciting **brand pre-launch**.
- Network with photographers, videographers, creators, and models.
- Creative freedom to shape the event vibe.
- Build your portfolio with a **high-profile project**.
- Competitive pay **$25-$35/hour** (20-25 hours total this week).
- **Completion bonus** if 30+ models are confirmed and present.

**Next Steps**

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1 week

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Application question(s):

- Can you start immediately?
