**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Answer and manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring professional phone etiquette at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Utilize computer software to manage information efficiently and accurately.
- Support the dental receptionist with patient check-in/check-out processes as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $25.00-$27.94 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
