**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents to maintain cleanliness and data/information integrity.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Utilize computerized systems for tasks such as word processing, spreadsheets, and databases, as well as uploading client documents to a processing server.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in MS365 or MS-Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette.
- Previous experience in a Bookkeeping office is a plus, but not a requirement.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment.
- Organizational skills with attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 20 per week
