With our continued growth, we aim to enhance our IT infrastructure. We are seeking an IT Operations Coordinator skilled in Azure, cybersecurity, and system architecture. This position is based in Ottawa, Ontario, and is essential for supporting our expanding IT operations.
**Job Overview**:
The IT Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and securing our IT infrastructure, focusing on Azure cloud services, cybersecurity, and ensuring the efficient operation and integration of our key systems. This includes NetSuite ERP, Manhattan Warehouse Management System, Salesforce platforms, and Talkdesk Contact Center Software. The coordinator supports the IT Manager in enterprise software management, system maintenance, IT project coordination, and cybersecurity initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Enterprise Software and Azure Management: Assist in managing enterprise software subscriptions and licenses, focusing on optimizing Azure cloud services. Ensure compliance and integration with NetSuite ERP, Manhattan WMS, Salesforce, and Talkdesk Contact Center Software.
- Cybersecurity and System Architecture: Support enhancements in cybersecurity measures and system architecture, ensuring robust security protocols and efficient system operations that support our core systems.
- IT Operations and Project Coordination: Monitor and maintain IT operations infrastructure. Assist in IT projects, ensuring they align with our cybersecurity practices and system requirements.
- Vendor and Security Management: Serve as the liaison for IT vendors, focusing on services related to Azure, cybersecurity, and our core systems. Implement advanced security protocols to safeguard IT systems.
- Documentation, Reporting, and Compliance: Maintain IT operations documentation and prepare reports on system performance. Ensure IT practices comply with cybersecurity standards and support our ERP, WMS, CRM, and Contact Center systems.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with emphasis on cloud computing, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or coordination, with expertise in Azure, cybersecurity, and IT system architecture. Experience with NetSuite ERP, Manhattan WMS, Salesforce, and Talkdesk Contact Center Software is a plus.
- Certifications in Azure, cybersecurity, and architectural frameworks are preferred. Familiarity with our core systems is considered a nice-to-have.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be able to work onsite in Ottawa, Ontario, and possess excellent computer, people, and vendor management skills.
**Working Conditions**:
- Primarily office-based with standard working hours. Occasional remote work flexibility and after-hours work may be required.
