**Company Overview**:
MDRN Creative Group is an experiential marketing company specializing in immersive photo and video activations for large-scale brand events as well as Weddings. We help PR agencies, internal marketing teams and Wedding Planners transform events into unforgettable moments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Event Coordinator and team in managing event logistics
- Manage leads and follow up on accounts receivables
- Coordinate event information and manage CRM system
- Manage Admin for Kajabi
- Manage Inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain and update project management tools and databases, pull reports as needed
- Assist the Creative Director in various administrative tasks, such as tasks for Photo Booth Mastery, programs and coaching for other Photobooth Owners
- **While in Ops Lead Interim role;**:

- Project Management and Product Launch Planning
- Team Coordination
- Assist with overall quality and consistency of brand including onboarding
- SOP Management and Development
- Other tasks as needed, we are always evolving

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years experience in an administrative, operations, or coordinator role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong project management skills
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Slack, and other productivity tools
- Knowledge of Kajabi or other education platforms, Not required but a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently or within a group
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a calm, solutions-focused mindset

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in event production, marketing, or creative industries
- Experience in leading teams is a plus
- Familiarity with Canva or Click Up is a plus

**Job Details**:

- Salary: Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
- Location: Ottawa
- This role is Hybrid with remote and in office work.
