Photo Booth Mastery is Hiring: Course Operations & Kajabi Manager

**Part-Time (25-30 hrs/week to start)**
**Remote | Flexible Hours | Growth to Full-Time in 6 Months**

Are you highly organized, fluent in Kajabi, and passionate about managing the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps a digital course running smoothly? We’re looking for a Course Operations & Kajabi Manager to support the planning, delivery, and optimization of our online coaching programs and digital products.

**✨ What You'll Do**

**Content & Project Management**
- Coordinate content planning and roadmap creation
- Schedule and manage course shoot days
- Create whiteboards, timelines, and delivery calendars
- Keep ClickUp and Slack organized and updated
- Coordinate guest speaker schedules and off-site masterminds

**Kajabi Management**
- Upload and organize course content
- Set up and manage automations, workflows, and subscriptions
- Track and report on Kajabi analytics and performance
- Maintain updated SOPs and internal documentation
- Set up coaching calls and load related assets
- Create Canva downloads from wireframes

**Marketing & Coordination**
- Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to align on launches and content
- Maintain a course and content calendar

**You’re a Great Fit If You**:

- Are confident using Slack, ClickUp, Canva, and support inbox tools like Front
- Are highly organized, proactive, and love managing projects from start to finish
- Have experience working in digital education, coaching, or course-based businesses
- Bonus: You’re familiar with Zapier or other automation tools

**Compensation & Details**
- 25-30 hours per week to start
- Hourly Rate: $25-$45 CAD, depending on experience
- Evening availability required 4-5 times/month for live coaching calls (7:50-9:15pm EST)
- Growth to full-time within 6 months
