**About This Role**

We are seeking a Business Development Manager who is relentless, enthusiastic, results driven, and willing to take bold and strategic risks to support the accelerating development of the team. This role focuses on account, lead and relationship management, opening new accounts and leads in the US market and other regions of the world, explore new sales and purchasing opportunities, and internal team supports.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Work Schedule**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**
- Facilitating internal transfers, coordinating logistics, client research, and support sales-related operations to ensure efficient team performance and cross-functional collaboration
- Identifying, developing, and nurturing rapport with new leads in the US market and other global regions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, stakeholders and clients in the US market and other global regions
- Prospect and close potential clients, present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Explore new sales and purchasing opportunities in the US market and other global regions
- Resolve client inquiries

**Required Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills
- Tactful negotiation skills
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a must
- Effective interpersonal relationship building skills. Is approachable, adaptable, and able to build rapport with clients efficiently
- High proactiveness and takes ownership in problem-solving and exploring new opportunities
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Excellent time management and organization. Deadline and detail-oriented

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience in sales and purchasing in the reseller/trader/wholesale/distribution industry in consumer electronics, gaming, IT and other non consumable goods
- Familiar with CRM platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Entrepreneurship, International Business, or related fields are welcome.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
