We are expanding our Construction company with a vision to establish a strong presence in the Greater Toronto Area. As we open our new office in Toronto, we're seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the local market. This role is critical to our growth strategy and offers a unique opportunity to shape our regional presence from the ground up.

**Role Overview**:
As the Business Development Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in Toronto and surrounding regions. You’ll be instrumental in building partnerships, expanding our client base, and helping drive sustainable revenue growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a regional business development strategy focused on growth and client acquisition.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Toronto market, including key players, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Work closely with leadership to align sales strategy with company goals.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record (5+ years) in business development or sales within the Toronto and GTA market.
- Established network of industry contacts and decision-makers in the region.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the [insert your industry] landscape in Toronto.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience launching or growing a new regional market is a strong asset.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**How to Apply**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
