Office Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Direct customer inquiries and requests to appropriate personnel
- Input order information into computer system
- Produce order acknowledgements
- Produce production control documents, shop reports, and invoices
- Produce shipping documentation
- Produce monthly inventory reports
- Generate open order reports for production
- Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
**Qualifications**:
- Detail orientated
- Self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$39,000.00 per year
