**In this role you will**:

- Assist Plan Sponsors and Plan Members to manage their group benefit plans through both written and verbal communication
- Communicate with Brokers, Plan Sponsors and Plan Members ensuring that all inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally
- Maintain turnaround objectives to ensure service standards are met
- Help clients with basic questions and guidance with administrative forms
- Answer and/or redirect a high volume of telephone calls

**For this role you need**:

- Client oriented skills and an eagerness to work in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload
- A keen eye for detail and the capacity to multi-task
- Familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook
- Telephone skills
