**Group Health & Dental Claims Assistant**

Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week

**In this role you will**:

- Use an in-house computer system designed for claims adjudication
- Ensure all mail delivered to the department is date stamped, counted and sorted
- Enter provider numbers on claim forms
- Search for missing information that is not on the claim form
- File correspondence
- Type correspondence letters on Microsoft Word
- Pull approver work files for the CSR’s
- Special projects such as entering Dental Fee Guides
- Various other duties such as photo-copying, faxing, and boxing paid claims

**For this role you need**:

- 1-2 years office experience
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform work carefully with few mistakes
- Ability to establish priorities
- Team player
- Knowledge Word, Outlook, Windows
