We’re looking for a dynamic **Sales Administrator** to help manage customer orders, oversee stock product data entry, and support seamless production and delivery. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love working with people, this role is for you

**What You’ll Do**:

- Manually enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system as well as update spreadsheets ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide order acknowledgments and tracking details to customers and project managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Stock Product customers.
- Be the go-to contact for direct sales customers and distribution partners.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

**What You Bring**:

- Analytical with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A quick learner with the ability to retain key knowledge about processes, products, and customer needs.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills—comfortable working with both internal teams and external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- A post-secondary education (college or university) is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Elmira, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Order Entry: 2 years (required)
- order acknowledgement: 2 years (preferred)
- managing customer order: 1 year (preferred)
