Customer Service Coordinator

Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un (e) representant (e) service à la clientèle dans notre équipe créative. Vous allez utiliser votre talent et votre expérience dans l’industrie de la mode afin d’aider à croitre notre compagnie tout en offrant un service impeccable. La position est située à Ville Saint Laurent. Ceci s’agit d’un poste permanent avec avantages sociaux.
**Responsabilités principales**:
- Responsable de l'exécution quotidienne des commandes
- S'assurer que toutes les commandes des clients et des fournisseurs correspondent bien
- S’assurer que les commandes sont traitées et saisies correctement dans notre système
- Gérer les écarts et alerter les parties concernées pour des actions correctives
- Gestion des retours
- Travailler directement avec l'équipe de vente
- Contact quotidien avec l'équipe commerciale et les acheteurs de nos principaux clients pour des modifications de commandes
- Gérer les problèmes de livraison et les écarts pour éviter les rétro facturations et les amendes majeures de nos clients
- Évaluation continue des processus internes pour améliorer la productivité
- Répartition des marchandises des commandes clients et fournisseurs, estimations de livraison de production
- Autres taches connexes
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience de service à la clientèle (une expérience dans l'industrie du vêtement)
- Expérience avec détaillants comme Costco
- Expérience avec Momentis et les commandes Web
- Solides compétences en gestion de temps
- Maîtrise du logiciel MS Office de base;

**Position Summary**:
Thread Collective Inc is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for the daily execution of orders
- Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match
- Orders are processed and entered properly in our system
- Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action
- Managing returns
- Managing sending out samples to customer as per sales team requests
- Working directly with the sales team
- Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications of orders
- Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from our customers
- Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity
- Allocation of Customer and Vendor orders, production delivery estimates
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (Apparel Industry experience)
- Experience with retailers like Costco
- Experience with Momentis and web orders
- Strong time management skills
- Proficient in basic MSOffice software;
