**What you will bring**
- AEC/DEP in Logistics, Transport, Supply chain management or a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of experience and training
- Proven experience in a similar role (preferably in supply chain or logistics)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong preference for bilingualism (English & French)
- Customer service-oriented approach
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (particularly Excel)
- Knowledge of and experience with ERPs considered a strong asset
- Exceptional logístical problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work autonomously within strict deadlines
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, evolving environment

**The opportunity**

As our new Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the order fulfillment to our US customer base, while working with our transportation partners to ensure orders are placed accurately and fulfilled and delivered in a timely manner. You will manage and own the process, while continuously working with our transportation partners to ensure we collaborate efficiently, all while upholding the quality customer service we are known for.

**The role**
- Receive requests and orders from customers and ensure their accurate completion.
- Validate order quantity vs inventory and communicate shorts with substitution suggestions when needed.
- Enter and manage sales orders in the ERP, inputting all the relevant data, and completing the necessary documentation to process the orders.
- Ensure that all order ship and delivery dates are up to date in the ERP.
- Follow up on pickup and delivery accuracy with transport partners for orders under your control.
- Coordinate with customers to communicate any changes regarding orders or delivery dates.
- Ensure trucks are filled to maximum capacity before delivery and verify the total weight doesn’t exceed the legal limit.
- Investigate any discrepancy or issues with quantity, pricing, shipments by coordinating with customers or internal resources.
- Produce monthly reports on fill rate and transportation spend, cost / cases shipped.
