**Customer Service Coordinator**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate with sales representatives, to provide updates on orders, warranties and repairs.
- Respond to customer (B2B and consumer) inquiries promptly and professionally, while ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Accurately log customer interactions and update customer profiles as needed.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the company service and warranty department to provide accurate information and solutions to any issues that may arise.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and escalate customer issues to the product supplier and their engineering and repair team.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in both English and French.
- Strong interpersonal abilities to foster positive customer relationships.
- Demonstrated aptitude in understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
- Performing with substantial autonomy, taking initiative, and independently assessing cases to the best of your abilities.
- Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while ensuring attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to work on multiple customer cases at the same time.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Business Central.

- Location: St. Laurent - in office
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 - 21 per week
