**Job Profile**
**Employment Conditions**
Full-time and permanent position.
Must be available for business hours Monday to Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
Provide regular status reports and summaries as required (open orders, late deliveries, cancellations).
Plan and track shipments of orders and according to customer requirements.
Providing knowledgeable answers, in a timely and efficient manner, to all incoming customers’ inquiries pertaining to product, pricing, availability and back orders.
Problem-solving and regular follow-up for order status questions, resolve product returns and deliveries inquiries.
Collaborating and ensuring coordination with the Sales team.
Additional administrative tasks (to help various departments based on current business requirements)
**Experience and Job Requirements**
- College diploma preferred but not mandatory.
- 0-3 years of experience in a Customer Service, preferably B2B.
- Experience working with ERP software. (Asset)
- To be highly organized and detail oriented.
- To be a creative problem solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Data entry and reporting skills.
- Collaborative team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).

**Fonctions clés**
Saisie, traitement et coordination des commandes reçues.
Fournir, sur une base régulière, des statuts et sommaires. (commandes en attente, retards, etc.).
Planifier les livraisons et effectuer le suivi des commandes selon les exigences des clients.
Fournir des réponses, en temps opportun et efficacement, à toutes les demandes clients concernant les produits, les prix, la disponibilité et les retards.
Résolution de problèmes et suivi régulier des questions relatives à l'état des commandes, des retours de commandes et des livraisons.
Collaborer et offrir un support à l’équipe des ventes.
Tâches administratives variées (pour apporter de l’aide à d’autres départements selon les besoins de l’entreprise.)
**Expérience et exigences requises**
Diplôme collégial (atout)
0-3 années d’expérience dans un département de service à la clientèle.
Expérience de travail avec system ERP. (atout)
Être très organisé et orienté vers les détails.
Doué de créativité dans la résolution de problèmes, capacité de gérer de multiple tâches et priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
Compétences et expérience avec la saisie de données et la production de rapports.
Esprit d’équipe et orienté vers la collaboration.
Expérience avec Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
