Baig Security Looking to hire a Full-time admin assistant for our client's Milton Office.

Baig Secured is a Canadian security company based out of Milton Ontario, assisting a client with hiring for admin assistant position hiring for Milton Ontario providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions. We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile patrols, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as managing and organizing files, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Chat, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Gmail) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 28 per week
