SUMMARY
Responsible to manage the day-to-day accounting transactions related to Bank Payments, Accounts Payables and Reconciliations. Teammate will be responsible to review, record, and report transactions in accounting system.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Immediate Primary Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparation, examining, and analyzing accounting records.
- Assist in variance analysis while doing reconciliations.
- Assist in closing variance transactions to close reconciliations.
- Coordinate with support teams to solve queries and variances.
- Coordinate with processing team to close the deferential transactions.
Additional Responsibilities (may be included in primary responsibilities as per process requirement)
- Assist in preparations of monthly bordereaux and keep the insurer account update.
- Assist in Premium Payments preparation and Reconciliations of huge database.
- Assist in Vendor payment, Employee Reimbursements process.
- Assist Credit Card Expense booking and payments.
- Assist in Claims Payments and Reconciliations.
- Process Refund Cheques and other ad hoc Payments to other authorities.
- Coordinate work with Accounts receivable and Policy processing Payables team to manage the Payments.
- Assist in addressing the Audit Queries.
- Assist in managing the record retention for future audits.
- Assist in performing an Analysis, Reporting and Reconciliation.
- Support to manage enhancements and changes in accounts payables department.
- Secure financial information with proper documentation.
- Maintain and keep financial information confidential.
- Other office and administrative tasks to support the accounting functions.
- Other duties as assigned.

- One year of related work experience.
- Proficient in analytical skills and must be computer literate, having good understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and outlook.
- Ability to work with huge data at a particular amount of time.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work a schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST; Monday through Friday, unless otherwise agreed upon.
