An IT Support Specialist with Deltaform Technology will be required to provide technical support to end users and deliver projects across a broad range of IT environments. This will include, but is not limited to:

- **Network Infrastructure Projects**, such as Firewall, Switch and Access Point Configuration and Deployment.
- **Cloud Migration Projects**, such as on-premises file server to SharePoint online and Azure Virtual Desktop deployments.
- **Microsoft Intune MDM Configuration and Deployments** for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS devices.
- **Resolving Tier 2 + 3 Escalated IT Support Issues**for clients from service desk.
- **Optimizing RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) Policies and Configurations**for all managed client hardware, including servers and end devices.
- **Cybersecurity Optimization**including implementation/upgrade projects, as well as incident response and mitigation.
- **Internal Process Improvement**to ensure Deltaform Technology's internal process are optimized to deliver services successfully.

The qualified individual to fill this role will ideally have had **2+ years experience**working for an outsourced IT service provider, and is comfortable communicating with and assessing various client needs. Technical diploma or certificates are considered an asset, either obtained from industry, or post-secondary institutions.

- SkyKick Cloud Backup
- Veeam Backup

**End User Devices**
- Lenovo Desktops & Laptops
- Apple MacBooks & desktop Macs
- Android OS Devices
- iOS Devices
- Miscellaneous end user equipment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,362.86-$86,243.67 per year
