We're a leading automotive sales team seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vehicle Sales Representative to join our call centre team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

*Job Summary:*

We're looking for a talented sales professional to join our call centre team, responsible for converting leads into sales and providing exceptional customer service. As a Vehicle Sales Representative, you'll spend approximately 80% of your day calling leads, sending vehicle options, and coordinating logistics to ensure a seamless delivery experience for our customers across the Maritimes.

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and concerns
- Send vehicle options and pricing to customers
- Coordinate logistics with our delivery team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of sold vehicles
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

*Requirements:*
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office

*What We Offer:*
- Hourly wage to start until you fill your funnel and commissions surpass your hourly
- Uncapped commission structure with earning potential ranging from $50,000 to $160,000 per year

*How to Apply:*

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
