Sales Representative

**John Bear Buick Chevrolet GMC** is seeking an ambitious and driven **Sales Representative** to join our team in New Hamburg

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers in the selection of a vehicle both in person and online
- Develop and maintain an ongoing list of potential customers
- Cultivate a network of referrals: family members, neighbors, associates, previous customers, etc.
- Involve yourself in the community and industry organizations or groups in an effort to promote yourself in the automobile business, and as a representative of the company
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets as established by management
- Reassure networking and repeat business
- Continuously learn product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- OMVIC Certification (We can help you obtain)
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Self-starter, a desire to succeed, and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional Customer Service
- Professional sales aptitude
- Available to work flexible hours
