As an Automotive Sales Associate at Team Auto Sales, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey. You’ll leverage your strong communication skills to build rapport, understand customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer preferences and provide product knowledge about vehicles.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
- Negotiate prices and close sales to meet individual and team targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and dealership inventory.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.

**Requirements**:

- Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive or retail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.
- Passion for cars and the automotive industry.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Pay: $45,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
