**Job description**

**Overview**

As **Account Receivable Clerk** at High-Definition Concrete, your job responsibilities will consist of, but not be limited to, the following:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process and post customer payments accurately and promptly
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Monitor accounts receivable balances and follow up on overdue accounts
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding billing inquiries

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role
- Good understanding of **accounting principles and financial processes**:

- Proficiency in **Microsoft Excel** and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar)
- **Strong English communication skills**, both written and verbal
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary: CA$50,000 - CA$60,000 per year (depending on experience).
- Vacation pay and statutory holiday pay (per ESA).

Schedule
- Monday - Friday, Hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days per week required in office)
- Standard 8-hour days with flexibility for site requirements.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
