For 30 years, FLXON has been a leader in the Flexographic and Rotogravure printing industry, providing top-tier consumable products and services that help manufacturers improve their processes. Our customers are major players in the packaging and label space, serving essential markets like food, beverage, and pharmaceuticals.

**The Role**

As a **Key Account Business Development Representative**, you'll be a vital part of our sales team, with a primary focus on driving business growth across Canada and the Western US. While your territory is expansive, your day-to-day focus will be on the high-potential markets of **Ontario and Quebec**, with a few targeted trips per year to California and Western Canada.

You’ll be tasked with both expanding our existing relationships and actively seeking out new opportunities. This is a dynamic, hands-on role for a self-motivated professional who thrives on generating new business through research, cold outreach, networking, and social selling. This position requires a minimum of 50% travel, primarily in ON & QC.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Manage Key Accounts**: Nurture and expand relationships with our top existing customers, ensuring their continued success and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- **Be a Technical Expert**: Gain a deep understanding of FLXON's products and services to provide expert guidance and technical solutions to customers, helping them solve complex problems.
- **Collaborate and Communicate**: Partner with our marketing, technical support, and leadership teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
- **Lead the Process**: Own the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to creating concise quotations and closing deals.
- **Analyze and Forecast**: Use our CRM software to maintain accurate data and assist in creating accurate business growth forecasts.
- **Represent FLXON**: Attend industry conferences and trade shows to build our brand and network.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum of **5 years of B2B outbound sales experience** in a technical or industrial solutions environment. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
- Experience using **CRM software**to manage and track sales activities.
- A working knowledge of the Sandler Sales System, a plus
- Possess excellent communication skills both oral and written.
- Experienced in selling technical and premium priced solutions, a successful prospector, and able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
- A proven track record of **consistently exceeding sales targets** and successfully developing new business from the ground up.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined, with a results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook

**Requirements**:

- Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
