**About Us**:
Based in Langley, British Columbia, Adastra Labs is a fast-growing, dynamic, and innovative cannabis production company committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. We’re looking for an experienced, talented and motivated Key Account Manager to lead our Sales Team and assist in driving our continued growth.

**About the role**:
The role will also include management of Adastra’s Sales Team/Territory Managers which will include ongoing training and support for our front-line sales staff. Travel expected both locally and nationally as required.

**Duties and responsibilities (include and are not limited to)**:

- Negotiate and renew contracts with key accounts, ensuring growth and revenue targets are met and exceeded.
- Outperform our established growth plans by increasing net sales value, growing market share, and boosting sales volume.
- Create quarterly plans for key accounts that utilize the agreed-upon strategies and ensure that these plans align with our business objectives/targets.
- Prepare regular reports on key account performance, including sales data, market trends, and growth projections. Present reports to senior management and key account partners.
- Evaluate account performance and implement necessary corrective actions to enhance business growth.
- Managing accurate sales forecasts and budgeting plans.
- Actively engage in strategy briefing sessions with the commercialization team, providing continuous insights into market performance of our products and competitors
- Meet and collaborate with stakeholders from various departments as required
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training for Territory Managers as applicable.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations to key accounts.

**Qualifications/competencies**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- 5 years’ experience in a Cannabis Sales Representative/Territory Manager role or related industry experience
- 3 years’ minimum in a management and/or leadership position
- Expert computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and MS Office, CRM & other sales platforms
- Strong understanding of cannabis products, market dynamics, and regulations.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
