**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative secretary or in a similar clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately with attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills for effective proofreading and documentation.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
