**Administrative Supervisor**
Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for the supervision of staff, the coordination of activities and resources, and the overall management of the department. The Administrative Supervisor will also be responsible for the oversight of the company’s operations. This position will report to the Fire Detection Manager.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for directing a team of Administrative Assistants and Service Coordinators/Schedulers in their day-to-day operations
- Oversee daily duties of employees to ensure that quality standards are being met and proper procedures are being followed
- Give guidance to employees in handling errors, problems, complaints and/or disputes
- Monitors the performance of staff and provide feedback on a regular basis.
- Coordinate work schedules and duty assignments
- Perform orientations and/or schedule training as needed for employees
- Interpret and explain work procedures and policies to staff
- Prepare and manage reports, manuals, correspondence and other documents using a centralized ERP system
- Review records and reports relevant to employee attendance, production and other workplace activities for monitoring employee activities and evaluating performance
- Work with local Managers to coordinate workplace activities with other departments
- Implement company or departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standards
- Oversee and/or produce monthly billings
- Ensure the customer service standards are met by everyone on the team
- Promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity;
- Additional duties as required
**KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS**:
- Ability to write and speak clearly, easily communicating complex ideas across multiple platforms
- Ability to remain poised in stressful situations and communicate diplomatically
- Ability to skillfully manage multiple, complex projects and competing priorities concurrently while working under pressure to meet deadlines and maintaining strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently, while remaining available to others
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Excel spreadsheets.
- Experience using an ERP will be considered an asset.
- Must have technical knowledge of the laws, policies, and procedures in Quebec
- Strong interpersonal, time management and analytical skills
- Great attention to detail, and results focused
**Qualifications**
- High School diploma, plus completion of a program of up to one (1) year in secretarial training, business or office administration.
- Four (4) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience. Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
