**Job Overview**

1. **Lesson Scheduling for Instructors**
- Coordinate lesson schedules based on customer bookings and instructor availability.
- Regularly update the lesson schedule to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate schedule changes or cancellations to instructors and customers promptly.

2. **Customer Reception and Inquiries**
- Greet walk-in customers and provide detailed information about lessons and packages.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering clear and helpful assistance.

3. **Equipment Preparation and Assistance**
- Assist customers in selecting and wearing ski boots, helmets, and protective gear.
- Ensure ski equipment is properly adjusted for comfort and safety.
- Help beginners with wearing and using safety gear.

4. **Lesson Reminders and Follow-Ups**
- Track attendance and notify instructors of any no-shows or delays.
- Address customer concerns related to missed lessons or late arrivals.
- Follow up on unanswered inquiries to maintain smooth communication.
- Ensure responses are clear and helpful to facilitate booking and scheduling.

6. **Front Desk Support**
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as organizing records or selling merchandise.
- Address customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure smooth operations by supporting team members as needed.

7. **Weekend Availability and On-Site Management**
- Available to work on weekends, as required.
- Commit to work during weekends on the mountains base to coordinate with clients and instructors with daily snow camp activities throughout the snow season
- Assist with any on-the-day course adjustments, client inquiries, or emergency issues at the mountain.

**Qualifications**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong clerical experience with a focus on data entry and filing
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems
- Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
- Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office is a plus
