We are a wholesale company seeking full-time Order Desk Administrators to join our Richmond (BC) and Calgary (AB) offices. If you're organized, friendly, and love Excel, this might be your next great fit.
What you'll do
- Handle customer orders, phone inquiries, and daily administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
- Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, order tracking, and reports.
What you'll bring
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone manner and great attention to detail
- Proficiency with
Microsoft Excel
and basic office software - Reliable, organized, and a collaborative team player
Working Hours:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: CAD $20–$26/hour
